Jewelry FAQ

All jewelry and fused glass gifts are handcrafted by the artist, Randi Deckard. Most designs are originals (only one made) or limited editions. Read the description carefully as I use the following materials for my findings-fine silver,sterling 925 silver, gold, 14kt gold-filled(GF) and vermeil (silver plated by gold).

Lay-a-way/payment plan/exchange of service(PR,graphic design,etc.) options are available for purchases over $100. Please feel free to contact me so we can discuss suitable arrangments .

Originals will be shipped within 48 business hours.If ordering a limited edition jewelry or fused glass gift,please allow up to 10 business days* for your purchase to be created by the artist. You will receive an e-mail notification when your item ships. If you have special shipping requirements, please contact me prior to ordering.

We value our customers and offer a FREE rewards program called Diva Bucks. With every purchase, you get 10% of your product total back in Diva Bucks. Diva Bucks do NOT expire and can be saved up! DIVA BUCKS will be issued as a gift certificate once your jewelry is shipped. Plus, just for ordering you will be entered into our FREE monthly drawing. All jewelry will be shipped with a FREE pink gift box, a pink vellum purse or a chocolate brown velvet drawstring pouch. If you need a note card or special "wrapping", just make a comment when you checkout so I can accommodate your request. There is NO extra charge or hidden fee; it's just part of the personal service provided!

Designing-Diva uses Mal's e-commerce shopping cart where you may pay via Pay pal or your major credit card without logging in to Pay pal (ie. a Pay Pal account is NOT required). If you have any check out issues, please contact the webmaster.

Designing-Diva Jewelry wants you to be satisfied with your jewelry or art glass gift purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your jewelry for a refund within 7 business days. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and a full refund (minus shipping costs) depends on the products being returned in its original condition. Just e-mail me prior to returning the jewelry or art gift design so I have the opportunity to correct the situation or proceed with a return/refund. If you love your designs, tell your friends! Please note that custom orders can only be exchanged!

The jewelry is guaranteed for normal wear and tear. If for some reason a jewelry item is faulty , I will repair the jewelry item for free in the first 6 months. Please note due to uniqueness of stones, I may have to substitute with your permission. All glass jewelry I make is annealed in the kiln for strength and durability but it is still glass so does need to be treated with care. I recommend treating all art glass like fine china which means hand wash and dry &do NOT place in the microwave or oven!
