Who makes all this stuff? All jewelry and fused glass gifts are handcrafted by the N. Texas artist, Randi Deckard. Most designs are originals (only one made) or limited editions. Read the description carefully as I use the following materials for my findings-fine silver,sterling 925 silver, gold, 14kt gold-filled(GF) and vermeil (silver plated by gold).
How can I pay? Designing-Diva accepts payments through Paypal. If you do NOT have a paypal account, you can use any major credit card to pay for your jewelry/decor products.
Lay-a-way/payment plan/exchange of service(PR,graphic design,etc.) options are available for purchases over $100. Please feel free to contact me so we can discuss suitable arrangments.
How long does it take to ship? Originals will be shipped within 48 business hours.If ordering a limited edition jewelry or fused glass gift, Please allow up to 4-7 business days* for your purchase to be created by the artist. You will receive an e-mail notification when your item ships. If you have special shipping requirements, please contact me prior to ordering.
FREE standard shipping to US and Canada on ALL orders. If you require priority or express shipping, please do not hesitate to contact me. International orders will ship via international parcel post and be charged $5-$8.95 depending on weight.

How do you package your jewelry/home decor products? All jewelry will be shipped with a FREE pink gift box, a pink vellum purse or a chocolate brown velvet drawstring pouch. If you need a note card or special "wrapping", just make a comment when you checkout so I can accommodate your request. There is NO extra charge or hidden fee; it's just part of the personal service provided!
Do you offer any risk free guarantee? Designing-Diva Jewelry wants you to be satisfied with your jewelry or art glass gift purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your jewelry for a refund within 7 business days. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and a full refund (minus shipping costs) depends on the products being returned in its original condition. Just e-mail me prior to returning the jewelry or art gift design so I have the opportunity to correct the situation or proceed with a return/refund. If you love your designs, tell your friends! Please note that custom orders can only be exchanged!
The jewelry is guaranteed for normal wear and tear. If for some reason a jewelry item is faulty , I will repair the jewelry item for free in the first 6 months. Please note due to uniqueness of stones, I may have to substitute with your permission. All glass jewelry I make is annealed in the kiln for strength and durability but it is still glass so does need to be treated with care. I recommend treating all art glass like fine china which means hand wash and dry &do NOT place in the microwave or oven!
